Our Commitment To Proactive Safety, Communication and Training We at Rumble Industries believe that safety must be incorporated from the beginning planning stages of all projects, ensuring a documented pre-job hazard assessment is conducted during the first site tours to identify a high-level overview of all potential hazards that may be encountered on the job. From there we continue with our hazard assessment and control process of job hazard assessments for critical tasks and our field level hazard assessments which are completed at a field level. Rumble takes pride in constant coaching/mentoring to ensure all workers fully understand the FLHA process and utilize it to the full potential.

Safety meetings that are held consist of our daily toolbox meetings discussing daily operations and safety items that may be encountered while involving Clients and any other contractors on site that may be affected by our work activities. Depending on job duration, weekly and monthly safety meetings are also held with participation from Senior Management.

Rumble Industries has a comprehensive inspection program which consists of formal daily/pre-use inspections of all mobile equipment, pickers and harnesses. Our vehicles, worksites, and safety equipment are formally inspected at a minimum of once per month and all workers are encouraged to conduct informal inspections of all PPE, tools, fire extinguishers, vehicles prior to use. Senior and Middle Management are also responsible for conducting their management inspections of worksites at the frequency of quarterly and bi-annually.

In addition to achieving and maintaining our COR which ensures we have adequate training/competency programs, behaviour based observation and hazard identification programs, Rumble Industries hires a lot of workers that are new to our industry which holds us accountable to adhere to our Short Service Employee program and ensure new workers are assigned an experienced mentor who is able to communicate the expectations and characteristics of work tasks and their associated hazards.

Rumble Industries has also installed in-vehicle GPS monitoring systems with front-facing and internally facing dash cameras in all Rumble owned and long-term lease vehicles.
